Dear Sir/ Madam,\r\n\r\nThe Board of Directors in its meetiung held today i.e., 20 May 2025 approve the appointment of Mr. George Verghese as an Additional Director of the Company. Further the Board has also appointed him as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 20 May 2025.
