Real estate giant DLF Ltd has announced plans to roll out residential projects valued at over Rs 17,000 crore in the current fiscal year, aiming to tap into the rising demand for luxury housing.
In its latest investor presentation, the company revealed that it launched 7.5 million square feet of saleable area in the previous fiscal, with a total revenue potential of Rs 40,600 crore.
Of this, DLF successfully sold 5 million square feet during the last financial year, generating sales worth Rs 19,344 crore.
