Has Lifestyle Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This re-prior intimation of the Board Meeting is being filed in response to the email received on 19th May, 2025, wherein it was stated that the earlier filed intimation was not in a machine-readable format. \r\nAccordingly, the intimation of the Board Meeting is being re-filed after converting it into a machine-readable format.
