Navneet Education - Dividend

Navneet Education Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors has recommended Dividend of Rs 1.50 (i.e. 75%) per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend, so recommended, if declared will be paid within 30 days from its approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
