360 ONE WAM LIMITED has informed the Exchange about receipt of prior approval under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, on Monday, May 19, 2025, for the acquisition of the entire fully paid-up equity share capital of Batlivala & Karani Securities India Private Limited ( B&K Securities ) and proposed change of control of B&K Securities to the Company.
