The Board of Directors, at their meeting held on May 19, 2025, approved convening the 74th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Monday, July 21, 2025, through Video-Conferencing ( VC )/ Other Audio-Visual Means ( OAVM ) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
