Everest Industries L - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board at its meeting held today i.e. May 19, 2025, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025. The above dividend, if declared by the Member of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
