CMS Info Systems - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Company informs that at Board meeting held on May 19, 2025, it declared a Special (Interim) Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share and also recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.25 per equity share, subject to approval of shareholders at ensuing AGM
