Audited financial results and statements of the company for the quarter and year ended 31-03-2025.\r\n2 Audit report for the year ended 31.03.2025.\r\n3 Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 years from Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30.\r\n4. Appointment of internal auditor\r\n5 Any other matter with the permission of Chair.
