Gujarat Craft Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 ended on 31st March, 2025;\r\n2. to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2024-25 ended on 31st March, 2025.
