TTI Enterprise Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our original intimation dated 09th May, 2025 under Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Friday, 16th May, 2025 to consider and approve the audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.\r\n\r\nThis is to inform you that the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on Wednesday, 21st May, 2025.
