The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 3.78 crore compared to net loss of Rs 5.98 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.59 per cent at Rs 142.32 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 132.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.66 per cent to Rs 126.66 crore from Rs 119.88 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 33.72 per cent at Rs 1.15 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.86 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 26.29 per cent to Rs 15.66 crore as against Rs 12.40 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.40 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 19.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 83.92 per cent at Rs 1.27 crore (Mar'24 Rs 7.90 crore).
