Shri Bajrang Allianc - Imposition Of Fine By BSE For Delay In Submission Of Shareholding Pattern For The Quarter Ended March

Pursuant to Reg. 30 SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 we wish to inform you that the company has received an email from BSE limited regarding the imposition of fine for delay in submission of the Shareholding Pattern for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as required under Regulation 31 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThe delay was inadvertent and due to an unintentional lapse, resulting in two-day delay in submission beyond the prescribed due date of April 21, 2025.\r\n\r\n
