Rama Petrochemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Tuesday, the 27th May, 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Ended March 31, 2025. \r\n\r\n'Trading Window' under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading is closed from April 01, 2025 till forty -eight hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on May 27, 2025.
