Saint-Gobain Sekurit - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Date of payment of Dividend

Please find attached the intimation regarding the date of payment of dividend. If the dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, is approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, payment of such dividend will be made on or from Friday, August 1, 2025.
