Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration of Committee, the Board of Directors at it's meeting held today has appointed Mr. Sreedhar Natarajan (DIN 08320482) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the Company with effect from May 17, 2025.
