Saint-Gobain Sekurit - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Cessation

Mr. B. Santhanam (DIN 00494806), Non-Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from close of business hours of May 16, 2025, consequent to his superannuation from the Saint-Gobain Group and there were no other material reasons for relinquishing the position of Non-Executive Director.
