Emami - Appointment Of The Secretarial Auditor And The Internal Auditor Of The Company

The Board in its meeting held on 16th May, 2025, has appointed M/s. MKB & Associates, a Peer reviewed firm of practicing Company Secretaries, as the 'Secretarial Auditors' of the Company.\r\nThe Board also appointed Smt Pinky Agarwal as the Internal Auditor of the Company.
