Emami - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Dividend Updates

The Board at its meeting held today declared payment of special dividend being 3rd Interim Dividend @ 200% (i.e., Rs. 2/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each) on 43,65,00,000 equity shares of the company for the FY 2024-25, while celebrating 50 years of Emami.
