The Company in its Board Meeting has approved the Appointment of M/s. S Panigrahi & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor for the period of Five Consecutive Years subject to the approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
