IFL Enterprises - Record Date Friday, 13Th June, 2025 For Rights Issue

Pursuant to the Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company IFL Enterprises Limited in its meeting held on Monday, 09th June, 2025 has fixed the record date Friday, 13th June, 2025 for the purpose of determining the Shareholders who shall be eligible to apply for the Rights Issue.
