The Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on May 15, 2025 had approved grant of 5000 employee stock options of Rs. 5 each at an exercise price of Rs. 507.20 under Matrimony.com Limited Employee Stock option Scheme 2014. The said options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the face value of Rs. 5 each\r\n\r\n
