JSW Energy Ltd. - Appointment Of Purwar & Purwar Associates LLP As The Secretarial Auditor Of The Company

The Board at its meeting held on 15th May, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, recommended the appointment of Purwar & Purwar Associates LLP, Company Secretaries in whole-time practice (COP No.: 5918), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a tenure of five consecutive years from the financial year 2025-26, to the Members of the Company.
