Appointment of M/s Chandrasekaran Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit for Five (5) consecutive Years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
