Kennametal India - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board at its meeting held today considered and declared an Interim Dividend of INR 40/- per equity share of INR 10/- each (400%) for the financial year 2024-25 and fixed the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend as May 28, 2025.
