Marico Ltd. - Shareholder Meeting / Postal Ballot-Notice of Postal Ballot

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the Members of the Company for: 1. Amendments to the 'Marico Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016' and 2. Provision of money by the Company for the purchase of its own shares by the WEOMA Trust for the benefit of Eligible Employees under the Plan.
