NIIT Learning System - General Updates

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 14, 2025, has approved the amendment in NIIT Learning Systems Limited Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons ( NLSL Code ) , effective from June 1, 2025.The amended NLSL Code will be available on the Company s website at www.niitmts.com.
