RITES Limited has informed the Exchange that The Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Dealing with the Securities and Code regarding Practice & Procedure for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information as amended and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2025.
