Nimbus Projects - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Pursuant to final order of Hon'ble NCLT, new Delhi Bench and Hon'ble NCLT Kolkata Bench approving the refereed scheme of arrangement for amalgamation, we wish to inform you that each of the Transferor companies has filed e-form INC-28 with the concerned ROC and Transferee company has filed e-form INC-28 today, i.e. May 14, 2025. Now, the scheme will be effective from May 14, 2025.
