Samhi Hotels - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

The Company is investing the funds by way of subscribing to equity shares of Ascent Hotels Private limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, on rights issue basis, which has been approved by board of directors of the Company in its meeting held today, i.e., 14th May 2025.
