BLS Infotech - Revised Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results For Quarter Ended 30.09.2023

The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 14.11.2023 had approved and taken on record unaudited financial results for quarter and six months ended on 30th September, 2023. These unaudited financial results had been subjected to 'Limited Review' by the Company's Statutory Auditors, M/s Acharyya Swapan & Co., and also reviewed by Company's Audit Committee in their meeting held earlier that day.
