Rites Ltd. - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. May 14, 2025 has considered and recommended final dividend of Rs. 2.65 per share for the financial year 2024-25 subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
