Appointment of M/s Sanjay Grover & Associates, Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five (5) years commencing from April 1, 2025 till March 31, 2030, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
