PTC India Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates of Board Meeting to held on Monday, 26th May, 2025 inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2025 and consider recommendation of final dividend, if any to shareholders for the FY 2024-25
