Garden Reach Ship - Dividend

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited has informed the Exchange that Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 13, 2025, recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 4.90 per equity share for the Financial Year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
