Mafatlal Ind - Announcement Under Regulation 30 - Appointment And Retirement Of Chief Financial Officer Of The Company.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Smita Jhanwar, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st June, 2025 in place of Mr. Milan Shah, who shall retire from the office of Chief Financial Officer w.e.f. the closing of business hours on 31st May, 2025.
