Asian Warehousing - Update on board meeting

The Board Meeting to be held on 15/05/2025 has been revised to 17/05/2025 With reference to our intimation dated May 9, 2025 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. This is to inform you that due to non-availability of Directors, the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
