Systematix Corporate Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation of our earlier intimation dated May 08, 2025, we would like to inform you that in the meeting of the board of directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, May 16, 2025, the board will also interalia, recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
