Recommendation of a final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- Paisa (at the rate of 5%) per Equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual general meeting of the company.
