The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1,739.00 crore compared to net loss of Rs 10.00 crore in the previous year quarter.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 61.14 per cent at Rs 2,011.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,248.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 83.19 per cent to Rs 2,081.00 crore from Rs 1,136.00 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 23.08 per cent at Rs 10.00 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 13.00 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 162.50 per cent to Rs -70.00 crore as against Rs 112.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 138.80 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 4.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 51.00 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.57 per cent at Rs -27.00 crore (Mar'24 Rs -28.00 crore).
