This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, The Board Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Balasubramanian Raman, as Managing Director cum CFO and Mrs. Nagalaxmi Balasubramanian, as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years with effect from 01st May, 2025 to 30th April, 2028 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
