Appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the period of 5 years from Financial Year 2025-2026 to 2029-2030.\r\n\r\n3. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the period of 5 years from Financial Year 2025-2026 to 2029-2030.\r\n\r\n4. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
