Vaghani Techno-Build - Board Meeting Outcome for Allotment Of Convertible Warrants On Preferential Basis To Promoters And Non

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today has approved allotment of 2,35,35,491 Convertible Warrants on Preferential Basis in terms of Special Resolution passed by the members at EGM held on 18th Feb 2025 and in-principle approval received from BSE on 28th April, 2025 and on receipt of 25% (Rs 2.75 per warrant) of the issue price from the allottees.
