As of April 2025, 62.73% is owned by Promoters and 37.27% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 6.22% and Foreign Promoters holds 56.51%.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Ester India company are Wilemina Finance Corporation (493.18 lakhs shares / 50.54%), MOVI Limited (58.29 lakhs shares / 5.97%), Modi Rubber Ltd (26.43 lakhs shares / 2.71%), Arvind Singhania (26.32 lakhs shares / 2.70%) and Fenton Investments Private Limited (4.90 lakhs shares / 0.50%).
