Sunteck Realty Limited has informed the Exchange about further update with respect to Scheme of Amalgamation ( Scheme ) of Starlight Systems Private Limited ( Starlight ) and Satguru Infocorp Services Private Limited ( Satguru ) (Wholly Owned Subsidiaries) (collectively referred to as the Transferor Companies ) with Sunteck Realty Limited and their respective shareholders.
