EIH Associated Hotels Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2025 and to recommend a final dividend, if any for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025.
