This is to inform that the company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in regulations 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of Regulation 46(2) and Para C, D & E of Schedule V as the Paid-up share capital and the Net worth of the company as at 31st March, 2024 is Rs.5,54,39,000 (which is less that the prescribed Rs.10 crores) and Rs. 11,05,10,246 (which is less than the prescribed Rs.25 crores). \r\nTherefore, the provisions of Regulation 23(9) pertaining to disclosure of Related Party Transactions are not applicable to the company for the year ended 31st March, 2025
