Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we submit herewith Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 prepared as per Ind-AS and which was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today.\r\n\r\nWe would like to inform you that M/s. Merchant & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with unmodified opinion on the financial results of the Company.
