LLP, Company Secretaries (FRN No. L2022MH012300) as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of Five (5) consecutive years from the conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of Forty-Fourth (44th) AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
