Pursuant to the requirements under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform that consequent to change in Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company as approved in the board meeting held today on 7th May, 2025, the following Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs) are authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company, for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information are as stated follows:-
